By downloading or using Unified Dev you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Unified Dev is free and open source software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The full license text governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, including any modified version you run as a network service.
The source code is available at github.com/akira-foundation/unified-dev. These Terms cover your use of the compiled application and this website; they do not restrict any right the AGPL-3.0 already grants you over the source code.
You agree not to use Unified Dev to:
Unified Dev integrates with third-party services including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Anthropic, OpenAI, and GitHub Copilot. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Unified Dev is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, as stated in Section 15 of the AGPL-3.0. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
As stated in Section 16 of the AGPL-3.0, in no event will we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Unified Dev, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, unless required by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email where required by law. Continued use of Unified Dev after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cape Verde, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Verde.
